An initial three years programme of study in psychodynamic counselling formed the foundation of a therapeutic model, though on gaining the M.Ed. degree in the Arts in therapy & Education, Exeter University, my theoretical mode has evolved as an integrative approach rooted in object-relations theory and drawing from Jungian and Existential perspectives. Whenever appropriate I work through the creative arts.
